We are renowned for our seafood, with many of our lobsters and oysters freshly caught within sight of your tableside window. We use the best of local Irish meat and produce whenever possible, herbs and vegetables often coming from our own garden at the back of the hotel.
Your hosts and chefs are Stéphane & Monique Bauvet, who personally supervise the restaurant and ensure the select wine list pleases the highest of tastes.
